Hans Peters Takes Over as CEO of Koppert

Hans Peters brings extensive international leadership experience and a strong background in business strategy, organizational transformation, and developing high-performing management teams. He previously held senior positions at Unilever, NS, and Eneco, and most recently served as CEO of Priva. Throughout his career, Hans has cultivated a genuine passion for the agricultural sector, driven by its unique combination of innovation, entrepreneurial spirit, and tangible impact on global food systems.

New Board of Directors (From July 1, 2026)
Following a two-month transition period, Paul Koppert and Henri Oosthoek will return to their positions on the Supervisory Board. From July 1, 2026, the Board of Directors will be composed as follows:
- Hans Peters – Chief Executive Officer (CEO)
- Martin Koppert – Chief Commercial Officer (CCO)
- Siger Spaans – Chief Financial Officer (CFO)
