Ceres Greenhouse Solutions and LettUs Grow Partner to Scale Aeroponics
Ceres Greenhouse Solutions and LettUs Grow have announced a strategic partnership to bring advanced aeroponics to growers at a global scale.

BOULDER, CO & BRISTOL, UK — May 5, 2026 — Ceres Greenhouse Solutions and LettUs Grow have announced a strategic collaboration to integrate energy-efficient greenhouse designs with ultrasonic aeroponic irrigation systems.

The partnership will deliver turnkey controlled environment agriculture (CEA) solutions for growers worldwide, pairing Ceres’ structural, solar-passive, and climate engineering with LettUs Grow’s patented Advanced Aeroponics™ technology.

Addressing the Spinach Challenge
Spinach has historically been a difficult crop to cultivate in traditional hydroponic facilities, frequently suffering from poor germination, root rot (Pythium), and premature bolting due to oxygen depletion in saturated root zones.

In trials conducted with commercial growers, LettUs Grow's aeroponic systems suspended plant roots in air, delivering water and nutrients via ultrasonic mist. The results demonstrated:

  • Yield Increase: Over 50% higher yields compared to standard hydroponic systems within the same cultivation cycle.
  • Quality Improvement: A 96% saleable yield rate with dark green leaves and minimal nutrient deficiencies.
  • Disease Mitigation: Consistent root health and resistance to root rot pathogens.

Market Scale and Expansion
The collaboration enables Bristol, UK-based LettUs Grow to accelerate its expansion into the North American market, leveraging Ceres' Boulder, Colorado operations and established footprint. The joint offering targets both large-scale commercial greenhouse operators and community-scale localized food systems.

"Both companies are built on the principle of enabling growers by working with natural systems," said Marc Plinke, founder of Ceres Greenhouse Solutions. "Together, we can provide optimized, energy-efficient environments that deliver reliable, scalable results."
